Our Darling

The main focal of this necklace is a vintage casket plaque.  I will admit to you that I have a collection of these plaques in my studio. This plaque was not dug up or stolen. Back in the day these plaques were taken off of the casket and given to family members as a momento.

I have adorned this plaque with a bit of a vintage rhinestone bracelet and 2 solitare earrings to cover the nail holes.  Black silk and peach glass beads have been hand wired to make up the main chain.  The second chain is wired black glass and crosses from an old rosary.

This necklace does have a bit of weight to it, but it does not pull on the back of your neck.
