Incorrect or damaged orders policyRustySpiderweb.com stands behind each and every one of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then we would like to hear from you. Please send a detailed e-mail expressing your concerns or call 712-294-4231. We will gladly refund the purchase price of the product minus our actual shipping costs on any unopened, re-sellable merchandise that is returned within 30 days of ordering. No questions asked!
- Proof of purchase will be required.
- Damaged merchandise will have to be evaluated to determine the cause of the damage before any replacements are made.
- Incorrect orders will be replaced at no charge after it is determined the customer did not order what was shipped to them.
- We can not replace or refund your money for an order that you placed by mistake, unless the product tag is still attached. Otherwise you will have to place another order for the correct items.

How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)?RustySpiderweb.com will credit you for the total purchase price of the product minus shipping costs, upon receipt of the product. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. Otherwise, your refund will be awarded in the same manner as the item was purchased.
What if I accidentally provided RustySpiderweb.com with the wrong ship-to address?If for some reason you provided RustySpiderweb.com with the wrong shipping information upon checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse then yes you are responsible for shipping costs associated with re-sending the order to the correct address.
What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged?We advise every customer to inspect his or her orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves. If your package appears to be damaged you should contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved.
